Anna is the Invercargill based pelvic health physio who has helped us create our newest programme - the 12 week postpartum & core rehabilitation programme, currently being delivered by Jess. There's a bit of talk here around Anna's fascination with the pelvis - why and how she began specialising in pelvic health, why she does what she does and why she loves it. We talk a bit about her history from her uni days in Dunedin to working in the East of London and now her soon to be open new venture, Health Down South. There's a lot covered in this episode, as well as a fair bit about why she backs Move it Mama and the general ins and outs of the postpartum and core rehabilitation programme.
