Bridge is a spiritual, soul seeking mama (a few weeks away from being mama to two), a self-proclaimed perfectionist and Founder of The Yoga Travel Co., and is to the very core, a vibrant, spirited, vivacious and intelligent friend of ours. Our chat on The Sparkle Pod takes a bit of a journey through Bridge's life and story from battling with an eating disorder at 16, strategies she now calls upon to manage her inner critic and confidence, and a 'calling' to India where she first discovered yoga and went onto establishing her business, the Yoga Travel Co.
