hi,
hi,
hi.
Oh, how are you? Yeah, I'm okay. Like driving here today I thought to myself, so I dropped my son off at a friend's and h his father was there. I've got to stop talking like that. Oh, I thought you I thought you were doing so well. I was trying. Okay, so I dropped him off. Um His name, the the father is Tyson. Now Tyson. It's a doctor. Right. And when I was driving here, he was like to me, Oh, have a good day. Are you going to the office? And I was like, Yeah. Yeah. And then I was thinking when I was driving oh God. Please keep going. In English or No So yeah, like I was driving here and I was at the traffic light. And I thought, I wonder what Tyson thinks I'm gonna do. Like he's a doctor and I'm a podcaster. I don't know.
And I was wondering like you know, Doctor Lisa, Doctor Tyson, Lisa Fong. Going off to my office to meet with my sister to yarn.
Yarn. Yarn. Is that all we do? Yarn. Um Dr. Tyson may be on the front line saving lives, but you're in the preventative phase of saving lives. So
That was really solid. Okay. From yo. Okay, Fran. Fran Trinity. No. Well, the Americans here on the Sunshine Coast on the Sunny Coast say Fran. Mm. Wow, you were so good at hitting back with a really good line.
Yeah, I write that.
That was so clever, like really clever. Okay, so Doctor would think we're clever.
Yeah. He may be saving lives but like, you know, and doing God's work, um, but they've already come with the issues. We're preventing the issues, we hope.
Um,
you know
coming from tennis elbow and bursitis and
knee issues. Yeah. Too many, too much exercise. My I went to the physio this morning for just like a little bit of kind of what feels like runner's knee, however I'm not running. Um But it it basically just every now and then I just overdo it. I don't do enough um like stretching and things like that. And I just like get really tight glutes and my right butt cheek she massaged so hard and it was just so good down my IT band and my butt cheek.
What what does a runner's knee feel like for those of you like me who don't know what that means?
Runner's knee is like a t quite a typical injury where the knee is not kind of sitting in the right line. It and mo a lot of the time it's caused this is what I think anyway, it's is by the muscles around the knee. Like the IT band is tight and it's like pulling up and it's like pulling away. So the knee's shifting out of alignment. It's not sitting in. Just a bit twingey, twingy, tangy. Like for it was feeling that way a bit in Fiji and then I said to her, To be honest, I didn't want to be charged for my appointment and I was too late to cancel it, but I could have almost cancelled it today. It's feeling really good. I think the rest that I had from my toe infection honestly has just helped it like feel really good.
But it's still real tight in my butt. So she's did some deep massage. But I do think that like just you know, having five days off ex exercise kinda four days in between my workouts helped me.
I remember back years ago I used to go for a regular massage, like every fortnight, say, for like maintaining at maintaining my body and I don't ever do that. I never ever get a massage and I don't love it. And I hate a glute massage. Remember, it took me back to when he used to go down lower to the lower back area of the top part of the glute.
Mm.
Sort of like the the top, you know, I just didn't love that. I don't love
it.
But you love
it. Oh yeah. When it needs doing. Yeah. Um, my dog is barking to go out. Bear with me, please.
Bearing with her, bearing with her, bearing with her. So I've got a budgie and our budgie goes out too. So in the morning, I At night I cover the budgie with a blanket like the cage and then
