Hello! We're really excited to bring Sarah back to the sparkle pod. It's coincidentally been one year since we last had our sister in law Hobbsie on the mic and we know many of our members and followers have felt really invested in her journey. Especially now that she's a permanent fixture on the workout timetable, too! In today's episode we chat to Sarah about where she's at now; a return to work (within Move it Mama and outside of MIM), mum life, and what she's learnt over the last year in terms of living with her grief, including strategies and tools she finds most helpful. A special little shout out to our niece Sophia who would have been three this time last week - we love you and think of you often.
