Chapter 1: What challenges do users face when logging into social media accounts?
So I was trying to log into TikTok, Facebook, and a bunch of other emails. I haven't touched myself as a founder of my Amazon guy in a few years. And so I'm trying to log in and load some content. And I just came up with this really cool thing that I think would be valuable for you guys to know about if you also are using group emails, but you're not currently on them and you're wondering why.
How do I get that stupid OTP code that got emailed to me? So here's what you do. You go into G Suite, groups.google.com, and you can type in the group email here. So for us, it was social at my Amazon guy. And in here, I clicked it and I got my TikTok verification code right there. So I logged in, was able to do it. And super easy, as simple as that. We did this in less than 10 seconds.
For those that haven't logged into a group email, maybe you don't have yourself assigned to the group email. Maybe it's not getting to you for some reason. This will short circuit the ability to access an inbox with those group emails very easily at groups.google.com. And you can come in here and see all of the emails that have historically been sent.
So maybe you want to go in and look at an old email that was sent to the group email, but you weren't in as a member, and now you got to go back in and check it. So Just super easy to do that. Everybody's going to need this.
Chapter 2: How can you access OTP codes from group emails in Google Workspace?
Anybody that runs a business with more than 10 employees has some sort of group email setup in G Suite. And by the way, G Suite is the best email provider for a business, in my opinion. And I'm not paid to say that. It just is. I like how easy it is to set up an inbox. I like how easy it is to transfer all the data.
management, assign user roles, and the speed at which you can do all these things without being technical. And whenever I get stuck, I just go look up an AI. I'm like, hey, how do I access a group email inbox? Oh, you just go to groups.google.com. Super easy stuff like that. So hopefully that's helpful. My name is Steven. I'm the founder of My Amazon Guy.
