Chapter 1: What is discussed at the start of this section?
This is an iHeart Podcast. Guaranteed human. Hey, it's Nora Jones, and my podcast, Playing Along, is back with more of my favorite musicians. Check out my newest episode with Josh Groban. You related to the Phantom at that point.
Yeah, I was definitely the Phantom in that.
That's so funny. Share each day with me Each night, each morning Listen to Nora Jones is Playing Along on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
On paper, the three hosts of the Nick Dick and Paul show are geniuses. We can explain how AI works, data centers, but there are certain things that we don't necessarily understand.
Better version of play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Yes.
Which, by the way, wasn't Taylor Swift who said that for the first time. I actually, I thought it was. I got that wrong.
But hey, no one's perfect. We're pretty close, though. Listen to the Nick Dick and Paul show on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I'm Daniel Alarcon, and this is my friend who's much more famous than I am. I wouldn't go that far, but I'm John Green, co-host of the podcast The Away End with my old friend Daniel.
On our podcast The Away End, we'll share with you the magic of international football, all leading up to the 2026 World Cup. Together, we'll find out why, of all the unimportant things, football, soccer, is the most important.

Chapter 2: What are the Grammy snubs and nominations being talked about?
She didn't do much this year. Yeah. Yeah, I just don't, I don't know if, I don't know. I don't know. Antihero is probably going to win every category it's nominated for.
Yeah. Midnight's is very good.
And I'm going to sound like a hater again. But it wasn't better than SOS, though. Best pop duo group performance, Karma featuring iSpice. Yeah, that's a weird... Everyone knows that song stinks. That shit came and went. It just sucks. This is where Grammy sometimes gets it right and then clearly shows how biased they are. Well, this is because you need the Grammy consultant.
I'm sure iSpice and Taylor Swift have a... Yeah, they consulted and said, listen, we need to have Karma in there for best pop group performance.
Karma is trending now on TikTok because Taylor Swift at her latest concert changed the lyrics and said, Karma is the chief's player coming home to me every night. Like she changed the original lyrics.
Oh, maybe she'll do My Karma's Beautiful and that will be her ending. My Karma is Travis Kelsey.
They had a bye week and he went to Argentina to her show out there and
she did that moment and then afterwards like ran off stage and gave him a big hug and kiss it's pretty gay I'm just wouldn't it it works at least I got the rap category right who's nominated who's nominated rap I felt like the rap category was pretty good alright so Her Loss great album Killer Mike Michael great album Heroes and Villains Metro Boomin great album King's Disease 3 great album and Utopia pretty good album an album
yeah wow shit's not good asking me I think they just gave Nas best rap album last year so I don't think they'll give it to him again this year definitely won't Utopia was okay I don't think it's best rap album though I don't think because Travis doesn't have a Grammy right I don't think he's ever won I don't think this is gonna be the year and I don't think Utopia is gonna be the one Heroes and Villains pretty good I don't know if they give Metro Boomin I go to Her Laws

Chapter 3: What is the significance of a Grammy consultant?
But that's just the Grammys, not like the general public either.
You know that, right? Yeah, I mean, obviously in the long term, Kendrick's more successful. Point that out. And thank God Macklemore texted him to let him know that.
Yeah. And screenshotted it and posted it.
White people are so dumb. You said what? White people are so just toned. We're on our own island when it comes to certain things. Why did Macklemore think texting Kendrick Lamar, you should have won and posting that was like, oh yeah, that's cool. You look nuts. He was trying to show fake, like, you know, like I have, I don't have an ego. I love hip hop too, bro.
You should have, you should have won. But clearly the Grammys does stand on something 10 toes. And some morals. Because how the fuck is Gunna fucking mean not nominated for Rap Song of the Year?
Yeah.
That's fucking crazy. Yeah, that's insane.
Yeah, they don't bang with rats.
And as much as I love her loss, I think it should be nominated for Album of the Year.

Chapter 4: What relationship dynamics are explored in this segment?
People have their own relationships. There's also corny guys and weirdo guys that don't beat their girl. They may have insecurities and don't want their girl around other guys. That's their own cross to bear. I don't automatically think that means they beat their girl. There's corny guys that are not abusive. They're just weird.
So I'm not just going to throw that when I see some girl singing with Usher. She might get ass whooping tonight. I'm not thinking that. I'm not allowed to say that. I'm sorry. Was that insensitive? That is not insensitive. I'm sorry.
Chapter 5: How do men and women perceive abortion decisions in relationships?
I'm looking at everyone's fucking reaction. I agree with you, Rory. I don't think that. I think, okay, maybe she has a corny boyfriend that's super insecure. I don't think every insecure dude beats a girl. But I think insecure men do beat women. I just don't put the two together all the time. Every insecure man doesn't put his hands on women. But insecure men do put their hands on women.
And you're corny as fuck. I just think, you know, number one, we should not have as much information on this as we do. But this is a... age when privacy doesn't exist anymore. Well, they did put the footage out. They didn't put the... She screenshotted images and put them in her filing to the court.
Chapter 6: What are the implications of not communicating about pregnancy?
Yeah, but I'm watching the footage on Twitter.
But you do know there's plenty of people in the court system that leak these. They have relationships with the media. Those are screenshots. You can see the footage. There's plenty of police officers that have TMZ on speed dial. Yeah. They will post anything. Some side money.
And publicists that try to get ahead of things. I'm not saying her publicists did, but sometimes that happens too.
Well, where does this go? Is it a trial? Does she get arrested? What's the later?
Chapter 7: How does the group discuss the consequences of abortion decisions?
Well, she's not. I don't think she's pressing charges from what I, from what I know and what I've read.
She's not pressing charges. She just has a restraining order.
She wanted a restraining order. And this was proof for the restraining order and for the custody filing. It wasn't about like it wasn't, hey, this man is abusing me. Help me. It was, hey, I need to get my son and I need to this man to stay far away from me. Here's the proof of why I need that.
You see what I'm saying? That makes more sense. Yeah. But it's weird. Can that lead to, if you have enough evidence in a custody battle, can't that lead to criminal charges? If someone doesn't file and there's a video of a man assaulting a woman, can't the state just file themselves?
Yeah, that would be up for the state. The state would have to file. LA doesn't, California wouldn't play about that, no?
I feel like if you go to a custody hearing and there's a video of a woman being assaulted, every state should be able to press charges if they see a video in court.
Yes, but they might not want to because the number one witness that would validate your case would have to be Kiki, and maybe she don't want to do that. So you would need your witness or whoever. If you're pressing charges, you would need your star witness to want to go that route because otherwise you have no case, really. It's a waste of your time.
It's on video. Yeah, like how much of a witness do you need? You would be surprised.
I'm not great at law.
