This is an IHR podcast. Guaranteed human. On the new podcast, Solita, we share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus, or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I chose option B. I'm Julie Pinheiro and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita, trading the pity for possibility. Listen to Solita on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

In February of twenty twenty four, celebrated illustrator and children's book author Petra Mathers and her husband Michael mailed letters to dozens of friends and family members to let them know they had died by suicide. Dear honeys, this is goodbye. By the time you get this letter, both Petra and I will be dead. Next stop, Wonderland. Why did they do it? And what did it do to the people they left behind? Good morning, sweet world, and welcome to the No Dunks Podcast, presented by FanDuel Saturday, September 5th, 2026. I'm JE Skeets here in the yard, hoping, praying my mic is working a little bit better than the last time I tried this. I'm gonna have to lean here on the stream team to let me know whether. Whether I'm coming in crystal clear. I don't know what happened with the Balmer Kawhi Emergency Podcast. I had this mic selected. And then it sounded like I was in an aquarium or something. So let me know. If you can hear me and you can see me and all that good stuff, if you can feel me, all right, everybody says I sound good. Hello. Little bonus surprise episode here. Trying something different. Always trying to get creative here.
I'm gonna share my thoughts and uh ultimately grade some of the ringer's ideas on how to fix the NBA. They had a very fun column up recently that I thought we could tackle. They asked uh twenty two different employees, I guess. One simple question. If you can make one change to the MBA, what would it be? And some of the proposals were practical. Others got a little radical, a little silly, but it's pretty fun. So the plan here for this podcast, go through each one, talk it out. And then decide whether we hate it or love it. Maybe like put it maybe grade it on a scale of of one to five. Something like that. Shouts to our guy Kenny Beachum for basically inspiring this idea. I know Kenny does a lot of content like this on his own YouTube channel where he
reacts to columns such as like trade ideas or rankings. Uh I always enjoy those ones. But you know, Kenny's a pro. I'm just a man. I'm just a man with a little time on my hand here on the weekend. It's too damn hot to do anything here in Atlanta. I don't know where you are. If you are outside right now in Atlanta, you have to be in a pool. That's it. And I think I'm doing uh Pool hangs on Monday. the actual holiday here in North America.
