I founded Ornot in 2013. I think the best thing about Shopify is that we can practice business without technical skills. We can manage the company's background systems and front-end and sell online. If Shopify was a bicycle, it would be a bicycle itself. That way, things are handled and our business is handled in Shopify. Start your free trial at shopify.com.

You're very welcome to Rugby Daily. I'm Cameron Hill. Okay, admittedly, it's not quite so daily this weather, but we do have a great pod coming up for you today. We'll look ahead to a busy weekend of test match action in the Southern Hemisphere. And a little later in the pod, we'll hear from the Irish provinces as the Women's Interpro Series gets up and running on Saturday. But first up today, Les Kiss has named his first matchday 23 as the new head coach of Australia. The former Ulster head coach has officially taken the mantle from Joe Schmidt. He was confirmed last week as the province's new coach development advisor. There are first test starts for former All Blacks prop Aidan Ross and lock Myles Amataseiro in their clash with Eddie Jones' Japan in Osaka this Saturday.
That means loosehead Angus Bell has to settle for a spot on the bench, while also among the replacements is Charlie Cahill. He's poised for a first international appearance in two years. And centre Isaac Henry is in line to become Wallaby number 999. 61-year-old Kiss has been Australia head coach in waiting for the past couple of years. He finished up his tenure with the Queensland Reds before officially taking the reins last month, and he's been enjoying his first few weeks in the Wallabies' top job.
I'm really pleased with how the coaching team have come together, I've got to say. I'm really pleased with how people have accepted some new ways and the approaches that I've got and how the new coaching team want to do things. We're not changing a lot, but we're certainly making a difference in certain areas. So when I reflect on that, I feel pretty good that that's gone in a really strong direction. On a personal level, yeah, it's cool. I'm really enjoying this process. And obviously it comes down to a and 80 minutes where it won't be cool anymore. It will be quite heated. It won't be quite hot. So I'm looking forward to it. I am. You know, they don't take this lightly at all. I'm loving it. Smooth waters at the moment.
They can get rough at any time. I'm ready for the ride.
The Australian rugby community has been rocked in the last few days by the serious neck injury suffered by a Sydney player at the weekend. While Ringa Rats hooker Wes Thomas was playing against Sydney University in the Chute Shield and was charging for a try from short range when he suffered a central cord syndrome neck injury last He underwent surgery the following day and remains in intensive care. The Wallabies sent a video message to Thomas wishing him a speedy recovery. He is expected to recover fully after some rehabilitation. His coach actually revealed that Thomas jokingly told him, you probably don't need me for the next two games, but I'll be ready for the first week of finals. There's also team news for South Africa and New Zealand as they continue preparations for a four-test series starting later this month.
The Springboks go to Buenos Aires this weekend to take on Argentina. Head coach Razzy Erasmus has named a number of frontliners in his matchday 23 to face Los Pumas. 13 changes to the side that ran out against Wales in the box's last test, with Sia Khaleesi, Eben Etzebeth, Lou Diaker and Sacha Feinberg Ngomolzulu in from the start. New Zealand meanwhile begin their greatest rivalry tour of South Africa with a trip to Cape Town to face the Stormers.
