And then in 10 days, they got Wedgwood and Blackwood like a clear upgrade. And the Oilers went from Skinner and Pickard to Jari and Ingram. And that's not an upgrade. It's different. It's not bad.

Yeah, and they're going to need them more than ever. That's the amazing thing. They went to a cup final the last two years where the goaltending was good enough, and at times, great. It has to be to get to a cup final. But this year, with the issues they have, I'm not convinced Dry said I'll be healthy come game one. They're going to need a goalie to get on a heater.
Maybe you can get out of the Pacific with average goaltending, but if you want to go to a cup final, there's no chance you can do it with that team the way they're playing with average goaltending. I just, I don't see it happening. You know, it's interesting, like with Kucherov rolling through town, and we talk obviously a lot, it's a moving target, you know, best player in the world.
And I think McDavid is still worthy of that title. But at times earlier this year, it was like, maybe McKinnon's taking that. And then McDavid went on that crazy 25-30 game run where he was just spectacular. And now it's Kucherov. You look over the last 40 or 50 games, the guy's putting up numbers that aren't parallel.
I think he's got 15, 20 more points than anybody else in the league the last 50 games. And I think it was you that said it all yesterday. He's the complete opposite of McKinnon and McDavid, the way he plays. He slows everything down. He's so cerebral. I'm sure you've seen him up close and personal many times, Ray. It must just be unbelievable to be ice level with that guy.
We have done a lot of Tampa games, of course. It's been a really great team. ESPN's had the hockey rights five years, and a lot of it's gone through Tampa. I think he's an artist, the way he plays.
