Should I self-manage do you have a property manager that I should use or should I just manage it from afar? Well, the reality is, is that a very large percentage of investors out there in real estate actually self-manage. And so it's not an uncommon thing, even though for years, we've been talking about completely turnkey investment properties, which means that they are professionally managed. That is a great option for many people. However, for many other people, they are better off self managing. They will make more money and there's other benefits.
