(00:00-25:53) – Query & Company opens on a Thursday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison discussing the trade from earlier in the day that sent Buddy Hield to the Philadelphia 76ers. They explain how it impacts Indiana and then debate if they believe the team will make another move before the deadline. (25:53-38:33) – NBA’s Vice President of Social Responsibility, Eric DiMeceli, joins Query & Company to share the different charities that are involved with the All-Star Game and all the other events that will be happening around Indianapolis. Additionally, he highlights the Steph Curry vs Sabrina Ionescu three-point competition to help raise money. (1:10:36-1:27:30) – Sports Illustrated’s Matt Verderame joins Query & Company ahead of the Super Bowl this weekend to explain how the Kansas City Chiefs offense has resurrected itself in the postseason, shares what concerns he has with the San Francisco 49ers against Kansas City, debates if this is a legacy game for Patrick Mahomes, and reveals what he would like to see Chris Ballard to do this off-season. (1:27:30-1:31:57) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Jake mentioning the news of former Pacer Scot Pollard announcing that he’s waiting to receive a heart transplant.
