I'm gonna say it was I'm gonna say it was a great Cubs win instead of a bad White Sox loss. The White Sox only had four hits on the night, which I guess in itself is kinda bad. Um but they were so efficient with their four runs that they had a chance to steal this game. And if the White Sox had won, it would I think it kind of would have felt like that. And there was a time where I thought the White Sox somehow, some way, despite everything, were gonna win the game. I also Can't I feel like there's some downgrading of the credit to PCA with all with the idea that the White Sox had such a bad game. A game in which the biggest star on the field begins the game with a home run and ends the game with a home run, I would say, is a great win for the team that won last night.
That just happened to be the Cubs. It was a bad decision by Will Venable. Even Ian Hap was surprised that they pitched. to PCA, but I would argue that he made just as many good decisions as bad or more good decisions than that one bad one as I highlighted earlier in the ninth inning when they Will Venable decided to load the bases, put Pedro Ramirez on to get to a Miguel Amaya. You got Hicks on the mound who throws a lot of walks, could have easily been a bases loaded walk, but he made quick work of a Maya and then the decision to put Benintendi into the game who hit the home run. That was a good decision. So I'm saying it was a better Cubs win than a bad White Sox loss.
