Went good. Ozzy's always a good hit he's always he's always good for a for a story or two. I w Ozzy and I played together in ninety-nine uh with the Braves. Okay. And he he was uh utility player on that team. And then through the years he went on to coach and manage. And I played against him quite a bit. And we just kind of kept in contact. When he was that Braves year, Ozzie Jr. was running around and and uh I've kept in contact. contact with him. So I saw his jersey was retired. I called him. He said, sure, I'll come out. So yeah, Ozzy's always fun. And like I said, he's always good for a he he's always good for a good quote.

Uh, that must have been an amazing team. Now that I think about it, I know he's talked about with that Braves team a lot because there are comps that he's made to some of the players that he got to play with. You know, for example, he talks about Andrew Jones a lot. I think at one point, Brad, that drew a Luis Robert comp for him back in the day, when when Luis Robert I think was was younger and and uh just seemed to glide across the outfield. You know, that's a that's one of those teams things that I think you probably remember for a long time.

Well, I think there was you know, I I did a lot of time in the nineties playing against the Braves. So the one year I did play with them ninety nine, it was kinda nice. 'Cause the first thing I thought about when I got the call and said you're traded to the Braves, I thought, Okay, good chance I'm going to the postseason and secondly I don't have to face that that Tandem or or or that quartet of of Maddox, Boltz, Glavin, whoever whoever else they had for that particular year. Uh Millwood. Yeah, Kevin Mill. Millwood was our guy actually in ninety nine. He was kind of the ace. I think Millie won seventeen, eighteen, I don't know, nineteen games, but he was he was our horse in ninety nine. But that team through that decade, it w it was unbelievable the way they they kept that core in place, you know, Andrew being the youngest, but you had the Klesko's and Chipper and Klesko and Maddox Smoltz, Glavin, and and then you mixed and match parts through the years, you know.

You had a Kenny Lofted come in and myself and a and a Brian Jordan. Uh he had Andres Galaraga, Freddie McGriff. I mean great teams of the nineties. That particular year we were great. I mean, we won a hundred and four games, kinda got through the postseason unscathed and and got got into the World Series against a tough Yankee team and and we got whooped. So uh you know, I have good memories 'cause that was the the first time I got to go to a World Series and and uh a lot of great, great times there, a lot of great players. I think they're now with Andrew going in, there were at least four or f four or five Hall of Famers on that team.
