Joshua Giles is a tire shop waiting for a Brake inspection with his 5 year old and 1 year old baby. He’s on the phone with his girlfriend when a masked individual approaches him and executes him in front of his kids. As detectives struggle to find a motive for this senseless murder, they begin to stumble on several leads across a month long crime spree pointing to Kavion Sims-Petty aka Slap-A-Napp from 83 Hoover as a suspect. As detectives race to try to catch Slap, he participates in more brazen crimes across the streets of Los Angeles. With the 83 Hoovers being in multiple gang wars throughout the city, it’s only a matter of time before Slap commits another unprovoked murder in the city.
