Now, home buyers and investors are competing for a record-low inventory. That's pushing homebuyers and investors toward the new construction market. Spoiler Alert: He just closed on a brand new four-plex in Florida. Ben owns 18 doors in Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and is looking to buy two more for a total of 20.
