In this episode, I talk about how to approach your exposure to light as we head into the dark days of winter and set the clocks back 1 hour. As humans our #1 nutrient is actually LIGHT. Natural light from the sun and working with the daily rhythm it provides, as well as the moon and it's light phases for the female hormone cycle.
