En route vers le marathon de Valence ! A 68 jours du marathon espagnol, connu pour être une autoroute à performances avec son tracé "facile", RMC Running lance sa nouvelle grande aventure. Et qui dit grande aventure, dit champions ! La championne olympique de natation Laure Manaudou, le champion de France de cyclisme Nacer Bouhanni, le tennisman et finaliste de Grand Chelem Arnaud Clément, et le footballeur champion de France Anthony Mounier seront encadrés durant 10 semaines par Yohan Durand et Benoit Boutron. Ils se livreront dans chaque épisode hebdomadaire sur leurs évolutions, leurs sentiments, leurs objectifs et leurs sensations... Pour ce premier épisode, partons à la découverte de nos champions, avec la clé d'une bonne préparation : comment se fixer un objectif sur la course reine du Running ? Et écoutez bien jusqu'au bout...
