Whoever makes the schedules in retail, customer service, food service, why do you think I would want to sit up here, clean the whole store, set up the store for in the morning and stay all the way until close and then turn around, not have no time for myself, get up and come open? Why why why do you think I want to clope in? I do not wanna float it. I just been here all night. I haven't even got a chance to catch my mother breast. And you think I wanna turn right back around and come back in here in the morning? The mall just closed at 10 p.m. and you think I wanna be back here at 7, 8, 9? Only thing I had time to do was sleep. Why do you think I wanna do that? And my thing is the managers that be making the schedule and putting everybody to cloping they ain't never closed and then opened a day in their life.
They wouldn't do that to their own schedules, but they have no problem doing that to us. Yo, I'm not gonna lie, bruh. When I worked retail, there were times I I had to clopen. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They do that all the time. Yeah. Clopening is a thing, man.
