So first off, in case people don't know your current company, it's uninstall.io. Tell us what it does and how you make money.
Absolutely. So uninstall.io is a niche analytics company. We have taken to solve the mystery of app uninstalls. We were the world's first company to tackle and help mobile app companies solve the problem of churn or retention. And that's how we begin. So we are a niche analytics company.
We provide analytics to popular mobile apps who can utilize our analytics to help reduce their app uninstalls and increase their retention. So that's what we do.
And what's the model, the revenue model? Is it SaaS or what?
Chapter 8: What is the average customer acquisition cost for Uninstall.io?
Yes, it's SaaS. SaaS monthly subscription based on the number of users and the modules that they use.
And what is the average customer paying you per month?
The average ticket size is $1,000 per month.
Okay. And, uh, okay. And that's helpful. And then take us back. What year did you found the business in? I'm sorry. What year did you launch the business in?
Oh, so we launched in 2015, early 2015.
Okay. And it's been close to 18 months now. Yeah. 18 months. And what are you, uh, did you bootstrap it or did you raise funding or what?
Yeah. So we bootstrapped it for the first, uh, six to eight months. And then we raised a seed fund. from some of the popular investors, including 500 startups.
For how much?
So we raised around 365K. Okay. USD last year. From a bunch of investors, yeah.
