Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
This is The Top, where I interview entrepreneurs who are number one or number two in their industry in terms of revenue or customer base. You'll learn how much revenue they're making, what their marketing funnel looks like, and how many customers they have. I'm now at $20,000 per talk. Five and six million. He is hell-bent on global domination. We just broke our 100,000-unit soul mark.
And I'm your host, Nathan Latka. Okay, Top Tribe, many of you told me yesterday's episode was your favorite so far. It was number 51 with Los Silva, where he walked you through how to build or join a $888,000 per year mastermind group. And I'll tell you what, it's a group you can really be proud of. Okay, Top Tribe, you are going to love our guest today.
Her name is Stephanie Nikolic, aka the Millionista Mentor and founder of Success Society. She's put collaboration amongst top women in business, literally on the map, and she's crushing it. Stephanie, are you ready to take us to the top?
I am ready. Thank you for having me here today.
I'm excited. I'm excited. You know, we just recently met, obviously. Walk people through what you're doing specifically with Success Society, and then let's dig into some of the numbers and funnels.
Okay, awesome. Let's do it. So I created Success Society out of my own personal need for affordable resources and tools. Basically, what it is is a community for women to join. They can join for free. That includes resources, tools, training, education, and mentoring. So, yeah, women can sign up all over the globe. We have tens of thousands of women that are active on our platform.
We're giving the best of the best content. We're truly committed to helping women create their best lives, their best selves, and badass businesses.
I have to tell you, I love it. You know, a lot of the females we have on the show are totally kicking the butts of all the males I have on the show. So you're already in good company with folks like Carrie Wilkerson, who was on episode number 12, who absolutely crushed it. But walk me through, you said you started this because you really wanted it for yourself.
I'm on the site right now, styleyoursuccess.com. Is this the site where, like, where do people sign up? How do they do it?

Chapter 2: How does Stephanie Nikolic define Success Society?
I have leveraged myself out of the business. I am the visionary, the creative behind Success Society. It's still something I very, very, very much am involved in and believe in wholeheartedly. But obviously, yes, we do have paid programs on Success Society. You get five e-courses a month taught by our sophisticated CEOs. And it's $97 a month.
So I like to say it's probably the most affordable mentoring that exists on the market. Now, if you want to work with me directly, which a lot of women do, it's a little bit more expensive.
Are you talking about the silver, gold, platinum diamond on styleyoursuccess.com forward slash millions to packages?
Chapter 3: What unique resources does Success Society offer to its members?
That's it.
Yeah. What are, I mean, this is so, I don't know if this is like a marketing thing you're doing, but under each of these, there's just a big glorious pink button that says, I need this. What are those things? What do you charge for these things?
Um, so actually my packages have just recently changed. I am in the process of differentiating my brands. So, uh, I will have my own personal website and then I'll have success society. But currently what you see there is I offer a bootcamp, which is an eight week online intensive virtual program. I do it once a quarter.
We have a new one coming up probably I would say in September, but we're planning some really incredible things along the way. So I can't quite just say that yet. Um, Um, so I do that. That's a group program. It's become increasingly popular.
The eight week bootcamp. Yeah. What does increasingly popular mean? Like how many members?
We're basically doubling our attendance every time we run it.
Okay. And is the price point a monthly or a one-time kind of thing?
It's a one-time kind of thing. So it's $19.97. $1,997, right? That is it, yes.
I didn't think you were selling yourself for $19.99. That's like a candy bar.

Chapter 4: How does Stephanie monetize her mentoring programs?
Yeah, you know, we're actually we really want to focus on having more interactive people on our list than the numbers on the list. I love that. Yeah, like we do kind of we clean it out regularly, basically. So from any given time, I mean, we've had up to 10,000 names on the list, but we're probably currently at 600.
I think that's really important though. That's a nugget you just gave the top tribe is be active about cleaning your list. Quantity is so much more important than, or sorry, quality is so much more important than quality. Sorry, quality is so much more. I'm dyslexic. Give me a break here, okay? It's early. Coffee's not sunk in yet. But yeah, quality over quantity.
Absolutely. And in a lot of ways, you learn a lot as you go, right? Because everybody, a lot of people in the online world are like, oh, I have X amount of people on my list. And it's like, really, does that matter? Because we're converting things at a really high rate as far as when we run ads, we study the data.
And I think it's so important for people to understand what's going on in their business. In order to make it successful to the point where you want to be, you can listen, making money, it's easy. Okay. I mean, it does take hard work. I'm not going to lie. It's not that I haven't worked my butt off. I still do every day. But we have goals.
We study what's going on in our business every day from all different perspectives. We have a team of people behind me. It's not just me doing this.
So walk me through just real quick, because we're about to get into my favorite part of the show, which I know you're going to love. How big is your team? How many people?
