So I think what agents do is like, look, take everything you hear with a grain of salt. Don't put too much into it. You know, consult with us. You know, we'll keep in the loop on everything. But this is, it's an interesting time. Like I think like, the teams themselves want to create as much confusion as possible. So I don't really necessarily think it's, I kind of misspoke a little bit on the agents. I don't think it's the agents so much as it is the teams that they don't want anybody to get a read on what they want or what they're trying to do. So I think it's more team side, but like I've always, you know, I've always loved the question whenever there's a new general manager hired at the press conference, would you lie to protect your team?
And the honest answer is yes, of course. And all of them would. And I think this is one of those times of the year where managers do a really good job of stirring up a lot of dust. How about that? Stirring up a lot of dust.
Ryan Johnson was here in town yesterday for the Manny introduction. I asked him afterwards if he was going back to Buffalo. He said no. Canucks are still represented there. I don't think people have to worry.

Well, it's funny, too, because we were saying the same thing about the Vancouver Canucks last year, right, at this time. You know, Jimmy and Jim and Patrick were out looking for a practice facility, and who cares about the first-round draft pick? We're going to put that to market. We're going to try to get some players in here. So there may be some truth to that, for sure.
When Blake asked you about, like, has this become sort of like the draft, the combine has grown through the years. I think the level of importance, I think teams understand three weeks ahead of the draft, there is this opportunity for face-to-face meetings, not just players and agents, but other general managers.
