Another post-weekend wrap up show for Matt and Blake as they look back on the various moves by the Canucks and around the league, not to mention the rest of sports. The boys listen in on Canucks GM Patrik Allvin's chat with John Shannon and hilight his clip on the confidence he has in Elias Pettersson and Filip Chytil as the top 2 centres to start the season. They also look at the copious amout of cap space still available in the NHL, the free agents still available and the RFA's that have yet to sign as well. John Shannon then joins the show to get further into his discussions with Allvin, where the Canucks may find space for a trade at some point, and if he expects the Canucks to start the season with 3 goaltenders. Jeff Paterson joins from RinkWide for his first chance to breakdown the free agency decisions of the Canucks, and gives his grades on Boeser, Garland and Demko. The guys then get into the absence of 2nd line centres around most of the league and what that means for a league contemplating further expansion. They also debate whether or not the Canucks are free of "anchor" contracts for the foreseeable future.
