Chapter 1: What is discussed at the start of this section?
Fireball. Yes, IDD this footy season and unlock your warehouse's potential with the latest innovations from Dexian and Kogan.com. Clickin' awesome. Kane and Kingy. Absolutely unprecedented scenes in the Fireball Studios. Oh my goodness. Level five. I've never seen anything like it. There is a crowd gathering outside.
As we deal with some significant internal issues, what we did have planned was one of the biggest shows we were ever going to put in front of you. It's hit a slight snag. Slight snag. But we will push on like we always do. We will have the review of last night where Carlton give up an 18.75 time lead again and the fallout with a number of issues need to be addressed this morning.
The genius Sam Mitchell, I don't know why he's here already. He's on a Zoom. He's here already. Yeah, prep, doing the work. Get up early, do the work. That's what he does, the genius. Well, he's going to stop by and have a chat to us live in the studio just after seven. In the gun, Lockie Neal. We've been chasing all year, clearly. He's a baller. And Lockie's going to join us ahead of game 300.
The agenda, your feedback, and all the craziness. But, Kingy, let's... What are the rules with Lockie this morning? There are no rules. Are you pick and stick or not? No pick and stick. Okay. I won't go there.
Chapter 2: What internal issues are being addressed?
Nor child, I was going to ask you. Yes, I know. So do you want to address what's happening?
Well, I think it's only fair.
First, let me introduce the best analyst in football, David King. I'll tell you what. I've never been more happy to see you this morning.
When you come through those doors, I thought, thank God for that. We're one man down. We're a soldier down.
He's a pretty important soldier. We are one down. I've never had to ring level five. We've lost one. They generally ring us. We're going to ring and say, hey, look, what do we do when the producer doesn't turn up for the show? He's not here.

Chapter 3: What are the implications of Elijah Hollands' performance?
That's awkward. He's not here. We've got all this stuff ready to go. Where is he? He's about to have a really sick feeling when he lifts the eyelids. Let me call him. Call him. I'll call him. Yeah, give him a bell. So this is what's happening.
Hey, this is Sam Watson.
Yeah, more work and you missed our call. Oh, you'd be sorry, all right. Where the hell are you? You'd be sorry, all right. This could be the only time we get our producer to call him to the show while he's on his way in. He's doing too much. Is he doing too much? The quadruple agent is doing too much. I hope this is a warning for Level 5 and him. You cannot be doing it all.
He's doing four shows. And this is the biggest of them. So if he's not here on a Friday, that's an issue for us. I'll guarantee you one thing. Level 5 won't be charging down at one past nine this morning. No, they'll be up at 7.30pm. So they'll sort of come to realise what's going on then. I've got some great stuff. I know. That's the real shame of this.
Because you've done more prep than I think I've ever seen. And it's got nothing to do with footy. None of it's anything to do with footy. Nothing. Six to seven is my favorite time of the week. The group chat has been blowing up like it's caught fire. You've had props. I'm not going to lie. You've been in the studio during the week. I'm not going to lie. I had them said I had them.
And none of it's ready. None of it. What's he doing all week? I'll send me this stuff on Wednesday. I'll prep it. I'll tell you what, he didn't prep it. I'll tell you what he was doing. He was doing the run home there. He was doing the bloody sounding board with the reheater.
No, no.
He was doing us. What's he doing? What's he tacked on last? His own show. I bet you he's there for his own show tonight at five.
The Gippsland rubbish. And now with the Gippy people. I mean, they're beautiful people, but give me a spell.

Chapter 4: How does the team plan to support Elijah Hollands?
I tell you. The boss is up. If he's doing some sounding board work on his way in. Oh, that'll be it. Level five's up. Are they? The top of level five. Oh, this is not good. Hutchie's on his way in to fill in produce.
Oh, no.
Oh, that's a problem. It's hard not to blow his cover when you do this. What time do they record sounding board? No, that's on a Tuesday, I think. Tuesday, are they? No, early. Is he ever been late for that one? Hutchie and Damo get up and do the work. Has he ever been late for that one? I wouldn't have thought so. That's it.
6am, I've just been told.
We'll put a call in. I'll ring the reheater and ask him. It's about priorities, isn't it? Well, I think so. Yeah. It's a real shame. Do you think he's ever been late for the main man, the head honch? I don't think he's ever been late for that. I don't think he's been late for the Gippsland show either. No, that's a five at night. Any time that he sniffs some air time.
Mate, you don't really piss me off. If all the stuff that I did on Wednesday is on the Gippsland show tonight. Imagine if Damo does it. If Sam and all my crypto gear are on the Gippsland show tonight. Could go for three hours tonight, the Gippsland show. All right. The 87 Ford Falcon. How do you want to deal with this? That's a very poor lead-in, I'm going to say.
You haven't had a great start at 10 past six yourself. Well, in light of the first bit of information that I got that something was amiss was when Sam had that Audi, the big red bow on it, and just thanking the crypto world for making him a new vehicle. For the gains. For the gains, for the financial gains in a short space of time.
And I thought, hello, that doesn't sound like Sammy Edmund to me, right? So I just waited. Hold on. And then I rang our producer who's just in the shower at the moment. He's getting a coffee. Just pulling in the Maccas now. Get a hot flat white. One sugar? Just the one? Yeah, that'll be fine. Take your time. The other boys have had this.
They've been up for hours. I rang him and said, what's happened here?

Chapter 5: What are the challenges faced by Carlton after their recent game?
Ben's an absolute ripper. I played some footy with him. You couldn't meet a better guy. And it's just a really unfortunate set of circumstances. But one that footy clubs have to confront and the Blues are going to have to confront that and confront it pretty honestly today, I would have thought. Because what they've said after the game is not going to cut it.
No, and you would expect Carlton to get on the front foot at some stage today, Sammy? I would have thought so.
I would have thought Chris Davies would speak, if not Graham Wright, or at the very, very minimum, I'm not saying this cut it, there would be some sort of a statement, I'm sure, from Carlton today. And I reckon we might hear from the AFL and their involvement in some way, shape or form as well.
Chapter 6: What insights are shared about Nick Dacos' performance?
Thanks for stopping by. Easy. Appreciate it. There's a lot of other stuff we need to dissect after last night, including one of the best individual quarters you will ever see when the game was on the line by Dacos in his hundredth. Are you back for some crypto advice later this morning? Come back in for some crypto advice. I don't have enough of that at the moment.
This is our review, our first thoughts of Thursday night footy for Dexian. Unlock your warehouse's potential with the latest innovations from Dexian and for DDSID this footy season. We'll be back to discuss the on-field action shortly. The Genius is going to join us as well. Lockie Neal, the agenda feedback. It's all happening this morning on Fireball.
And now to Dacos. Quick hands with Wood. Darcy Cameron, a standing start. Snap. It's on its way. It's just short. Elliott on the goal line.
Chapter 7: How does Lockie Neale reflect on his career and upcoming milestone?
Dacos is there. Makes it up. Kicks the goal. It was on the last line.
It was something else. Nick Dacos' last quarter, his full game was pretty good as well, but the last quarter he went to the next level. Michael Voss said after the game, Kingy, we had a plan for Nick at the start of the fourth quarter. I'd love to know what that plan was. I'd love to, because I know halfway through, Hollands went to him, but that was too late. What do you think was the plan?
Because I couldn't find one. Well, he took him to the deep water, didn't he?
Eventually, yeah.
Once he went forward, it was a poor matchup. Yeah, they just got a few things. They got a lot wrong last night, Carl. Newman had to go to him, even Cowan I would have accepted, but Holland, he's just gettable. And I know he's done it against Errol Gould and been taken in different roles, but not deep forward.
And I just think we're starting to see the tip of the iceberg with Nick deep forward now. Coming to the game last night, we went through it on Fox. What's the best nick for Collingwood? I know he can get a stack of footy in the middle. I know he can get a stack of footy at halfback. But he played 600 minutes over the last three seasons as a forward.
And if you just qualify those minutes and rank him, he's ranked the third best forward in the comp. Now, I know you can say, well, he's the best midfielder and he'd probably be the best halfback. But the hardest spot to impact the game is inside the forward 50 and Collingwood don't have a winner down there. As soon as he went down there, the whole forward line looked different.
I just wonder whether we'll see now Nick be a 50-50 mid-forward. Yeah, but they're worried about their stoppage stuff though, aren't they?

Chapter 8: What are the key points discussed in the Friday Agenda segment?
Yeah, but he can't save. No to go, no side bottom there last night. You can understand why he played majority midfield. And then he gets a matchup he likes. He's absolutely red hot. Keep him on the ground. Don't take him off. And let him do the work that he did. And what a tricky spot for any defender to be in that's trying to go with Nick there. I just marvel at him.
There's not enough words to describe him as a person, what he's done in the first 100 games. And to see that live firsthand last night, it was just really special to witness what he did when the game was on the line, three goals down. That goal that he kicked involved three times the start of the center bounce. I'm going, this is mind-blowing.
But I don't think you can be Michael Vos and front up to the board and go, what was your plan? There's one guy that can take this win away from you when you're three goals up. It's Nick. And you've got Sam Walsh sort of hunting the ball off him and Nick skirting around the outside doing what he wants. And by the time you put someone to him, it's too late. So I don't know.
I just can't cop teams not taking away the opposition's strengths. And I can't cop that from Bossy last night. I think it's really difficult to answer what your plan was for three and a half quarters on Nick Dacos last night. Yeah, and the best are really difficult to plan against, aren't they?
So I think Hollands, they had evidence that Hollands had done the job on a couple of those types, but Nick took him to a place that he can't. That was too late anyway, though. Where was it from? What was at the start? Well, they were three goals up, so you could argue that their plans and their midfield was working to that point. They would have been six goals up if not for Nick.
If not for Harry kicking one goal forward. That as well.
So I think they had most things in check and in order.
Post first quarter, I thought the first quarter, Collingwood really got their uncontested game going and took the game out of contest. As soon as they wrestled it back in the contest, Carlton looked pretty good. Couldn't convert. Then Collingwood couldn't convert. It was an awful game for 60 minutes in the middle. They looked like two very ordinary teams. Yeah. Very ordinary, which they might be.
We know one of them are. Yeah. I'm not looking forward to seeing Collingwood without Dacos for any period this year. No, that's an issue. But hopefully that won't be an issue because he's pretty durable. Now, Craig McRae changed their voting system for the best and fairest. And he said, we're going to reward the extreme games. I'd love to know what that means.
