I'll tell you what, Jordan Pickford, the English keeper, was nervy for a moment, but that one, a rasping effort, that one just fizzed over the English bar. So socks right up or like the half length socks with a small shin guards, shirt in, shirt out, long sleeve, short sleeve. Pretty soft. So long sock, fat shin guard, maybe a couple of elbow guards, a couple of rip protect. No, I haven't really given it much thought to be honest. So what gets me in England is in the middle of winter, they wear gloves, understandably, because it's freezing. But there's still some players that want to look fashionable and they wear short sleeves and gloves, which is a bit of a juxtaposition in itself.
But most of the players have their shirts out now. And I noticed this yesterday when I was watching Vision of the last time St Kilda defeated Geelong at Kiddinga Park in 1999. Everyone was tucked in. Everyone tucked in, socks up. I was always tucked out, untucked, and I was always socks down. What about your boys or the one that plays? Same. Socks down. Yep. Most of their socks are down?
