And having somebody like John, this is the other part of it that I reckon is really important too.

And you and I have spoken to prospective recruits, you know, the kids that are about to be drafted. And almost to a man the kids have said one of the most impressive coaches that they sat down and talked to was John. So John, like he's not gonna be the coach, but he's gonna be coaching the coaches and coaching the club effectively around all that. And he has a relationship already with Spike McVay too. So he's comfortable. He's really comfortable having him there as I'm sure He's going to be a mentor as much as anything, but he's also going to be able to shield him from you know some of what he's going to have to endure as a coach, as a first-time up coach in AFL too, which is going to be um invaluable to him.
