Today I talk about how I found true self-love through shadow work. I was introduced to shadow work a couple of years ago and remember being SO triggered and so angry about the concept. I held a lot of shame about who I was on the inside, and the thought of someone else seeing that was terrifying to me. As I started shadow work I saw that these darker parts of me were not unloveable, they were beautiful and I built really incredible confidence and self-esteem. Today I share with you about what shadow work is, and I chat about triggers and projections as the keys too healing.
