Sarah is part of the RIFLES Regimental family (my old Regiment) and she’s kindly offered to share her family’s experience of navigating Post Traumatic Stress.Sarah is a trained counsellor, a mum of five, a volunteer with the Always a Rifleman Programme (as I am) and the wife of a former Rifleman, now Member of Parliament for South Shropshire, Stuart Anderson.My key take away from our conversation is the power of the love, care and support of family and friends is huge.
