This Week’s Happy Hour Special: Basil Gimlet ·     6 fresh basil leaves ·     1 ounce lime juice ·     3/4 ounce simple syrup ·     1 1/2 ounces gin In a cocktail shaker, muddle five basil leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
