How did Stephen’s painful Disney trip spark the idea for Fit for the Magic?
Howdy my friend, really quick, I want to talk to you about something new we're doing here at Creator News Live. It's called the Cheat Sheet Club. Every week we take the best ideas from the episode and boil it down into a downloadable cheat sheet. The key takeaways, the tactics, the tools our guests actually use so you get the good stuff without having to re-listen or furiously try to take notes during the episode. Ever try to take notes while walking on a treadmill? Completely impossible. Impossible. Don't ask me how I know. It's free, so go grab it at JeffC.com forward slash cheat sheet. That's J-E-F-F S-N-Sam I-E-H dot com forward slash cheat sheet. Alright, let's get into today's episode.
The more you can visualize and make that picture more vivid of the person you're trying to help, the easier it becomes for you to extend that knowledge to everyone that's online. So I will go through their story. I will go through their motivations, their deeper problems. So like how their hip pain is affecting their ability to really enjoy their kids meeting Mickey for the first time. You know, like I'm going that deep. And then I'm gonna go into their goals, maybe their three-month goals, their six-month goals, and then I'll go into their deepest goals, their moonshots. What's the biggest thing that they want to achieve that they might not even realize they want to? to achieve. Once I have that story, then the content creation becomes a lot easier.
And the way I word things becomes way easier. Cause then I'm not like trying to come up with content on the spot. Now I'm thinking, okay, this is the person I'm trying to make content for.

I love it. It's a pleasure, Jeff. Thanks for having me here.
So I want to dive right in because I think you have a fascinating story. And you're a doctor of physical therapy by day and the guy behind Fit for the Magic as well. So take us back kind of to the start, how this side hustle even became an idea.
Yeah, so I I talk about it a little bit in my book Disney Ready, but before I even went to physical therapy school to get my doctorate, I had gone to Disneyland plenty of times. That my wife and I really started kindling our relationship together. And then when we first went to Disney World before even long before even moving out here, we went with her family for a few days, and by like day three or day four, I was wrecked. Like my feet were hurting.
