Chapter 1: What draws Christians to support Israel and Zionism?
And what in the Christian faith specifically kind of draws people to support Israel or be a Zionist? Is there certain passages? Yeah. I know in the debate you didn't like the word obligation. You like the word calling. I found that interesting as well. So maybe go into that as well.
Yeah. Of course, people love to quote the Genesis 12 account, I think, where it says, you know, the nations will be blessed. I will bless those who bless you and whoever curses you, I'll curse. People love to quote that. I don't even think that is the strongest case for it, but it's definitely one of it. We also see that, I think, reiterated in Numbers.
I don't remember where, but we see that same sentiment of the nations being called to not necessarily like support the government of Israel, but to align itself with the people where that brought us our faith, essentially. And, um, we also see that through the New Testament as well, through Romans 11 and onward.
Of course, we see that, um, in our faith that Jesus, um, is the fulfillment of the law, but fulfillment didn't mean finished. Um, and that's something we, we, we continue to try to drive, drive that point home, um, That Jesus, God, has a plan for the people that he chose.
Chapter 2: Which biblical passages are commonly cited in support of Christian Zionism?
It's not a superior race, but it also is chosen. The Jewish people are chosen for a specific calling. That was to bring us the law. That was to establish morality on the earth. And I find it ridiculous that Christians want to bash that law. and undermine that. It's really astonishing. And so throughout the Old Testament, as we call it through the Torah and the Tanakh, we see the way that God
continues to set Israel apart as his beloved. And then we see the Gentiles come in in the New Testament, and it's really the Gentiles coming in and being a part of that, not the other way around. And so, yeah, I think that if you were to honestly read your Bible as a Christian, you would see that there is a calling to stand with our brothers, the Jewish people.
And there is a reason why that is so attacked. It makes sense. I mean, I feel like the evil of this world wants to stifle the good. what God calls good. And it makes a lot of sense that people who call themselves Christian would turn on the Jewish people just because of how much God has placed an emphasis on setting them apart and loving them.
Yeah. Yeah, every rabbi I speak to kind of about how to combat anti-Semitism, the most common answer I get is like, with more light. Um, and I kind of infer that now in today's kind of information age as more truth kind of shoved down people's face. That's what I view as more light. Uh, because, you know, because like I get the rabbi sense, um,
It's like you don't want to have hate with hate, but you have to kind of combat certain energies with certain energies, I think. Oh, yeah, for sure. Especially in this sort of modern warfare propaganda battlefield. Now, don't be like Rabbi Shmuley. That guy's a fucking joke.
Oh, my gosh. I can't stand him. I can't stand him.
It's actually bad.
It's actually quite bad. Oh, yeah. He makes our side look bad.
He's a terrible representation of what a rabbi is supposed to be.

Chapter 3: How does the New Testament relate to the Jewish calling?
Yeah. Yeah. So exactly. It's like, so the light is kind of the truth, but you also have to match it in a sense in that way.
