Or, you can pivot your business model to better align with your mission, your lifestyle, and opportunities you see. This is what my guest Katie Krimitsos, founder of Biz Women Rock, recently did. She has built a very successful business (and podcast) coaching women entrepreneurs one-on-one, in masterminds, and at small retreats. But, then something happened earlier this year that caused Katie to realize she needed to make some changes. The result? A pretty big pivot in her business model from niche to mass.
