We're gonna do a whole royal roundup breaking down everything going on with Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, the royals from the last few days. If you saw over the weekend on social media the UK version of Saturday Night Live, which is actually funny, unlike the one here in the United States, the UK version of SNL totally mocked Harry and Megan going back to the royal family.
It's hilarious. We're gonna play you guys the clip. We're gonna discuss. It's very funny. I wish the writer's room here in the US would take note of what's going on over in the UK. Also, Harry and Megan say that they were blindsided, allegedly. They were blindsided by King Charles' letter last week, that they are just personal, private citizens and have nothing to do with the royal family. I could have told you guys that. Then we're also gonna break into some politics today. We're gonna talk about James Tallerico. Who seems to be walking back some of his policies? A lot of these candidates, as we get closer to the midterms, they're trying to run as much more moderate, but we don't have amnesia. And we also have Google.
So they can try to rewrite history, but we know what you said and we know what you did. So we're gonna talk about Talarico. Kamala Harris, apparently, she had a trespasser on her property and she's whining about that. I think this is a little ironic considering this is a woman who totally wanted open borders. So I think we should have a rule. You can't complain if someone trespasses on your property because you were fine with hundreds of thousands of people flooding the southern border every single month while you were in power. So we have that story, all of those details and then to round out the show. Oprah Winfrey and Gail King had me laughing my behind off over the weekend. So Oprah did a special about the Lindsey Clancy trial, which has really divided the nation for some reason.
I don't know how we're not all on one side of this issue, but I welcome dissent, I welcome different opinions. Oprah held this special where she sat around with hundreds of women to discuss Lindsay Clancy. We have some clips of that. One of the women says that we need to support black women. Who also murder their children, apparently. So we're gonna talk about that. And then Gail King, we have her reaction from when she found out the lone holdout juror was in fact a black man. I don't know why his skin color matters, the lone holdout juror, but Gail King was really rattled by this. She said, I need to sit with this for a second. She's not well. She's not well finding out the lone holdout juror was a black man, because apparently, if you're a black man, you're not allowed to.
Think for yourself and have your own ideas. And that's typical elitist liberal thinking. I also have to tell you guys. I had the best time at the Republican midterm convention. This was the first ever midterm convention. We'll put some pictures up on the screen. I was posting all on my social media about this. I met the most incredible people. I met some of you. I met friends from Instagram and X and TikTok and YouTube, all across the spectrum. I met people who were younger. Older folks, black, white, Asian, Hispanic, the sense of community was so incredible at the event, and it was so much fun. I know there are folks who watch the show who are Republican, conservative, independent, some folks who are old school Democrats.
I welcome everybody, but what I loved was just being in this arena for several days with people who had common sense, right?
