Not really a lot of rumours for United or news, to be honest. Um a lot of fallout from the Omar Barada interview. Uh people looking too far into it in terms of what it might mean for United's um transfer plans over the summer or the the stadium rebuilding. There was the news earlier in the week. week that the um Glazer family were looking to sell some or all of their shares. That was breaking through Bloomberg. Um I think it's just part of the process of people reading into the Dragalong rights, the the the timeline that's associated with uh Sergin Ratcliffe's investment into Manchester United when those drag along rights are enacted when they expire, uh when he would be obligated to make a move, when the Glazers would be obligated to pay him his premium of his shares uh premium for his shares or when that would expire.
I don't think there's any news, anything that's new at all, to be honest. Um the Glazer family, um who aren't Joel and Avram who were more actively involved in the board as well they were always said to be split over uh what to do with their stakeholding in the club and I think um the stories that you're hearing this week are just part of that process.

Um hopefully we'll hear more um over time. Obviously uh United are in a problem in a bind with the debt that they have on the club and the the best way to s stride forward financially is gonna be to remove that debt. Of course, you know, if he's gonna sound out a battle cry, that's gonna be the kind of thing he's going to say, isn't it? Um but yeah, that's the major news from the club this week. Um there was a little bit of uh rumble over their optimism uh I think this has come from Ineos's side, um uh that there's more optimism about the uh rebuilding of old Trafford

Um some talk that the Glazers were looking into refinancing the debt in order to um acquire the land from freightliners. I again I think that the um deadline on the refinancing of that debt is coming up anyway, so it's nothing to do with um financing the land, unfortunately. It's something that needed to be done because United were in a a financial With that debt, it needed to be refinanced. So, yeah, apart from that, not really a lot connected to United, apart from Real Madrid's asking price for Chuameni, which is said to be a reasonable 60 million pounds for him. When you think of the prices that are quoted these days for a player of his capabilities in midfield, seems like a no-brainer, really.
I think you'd go for that one. Next wouldn't you if you could. Um Tom Heaton signed a one year extension to his contract.
Which players are being linked to solve United’s left‑back crisis and what are their price tags?
He will um probably be United's number three goalkeeper next year, who will be their number two. Well Andrea and Arnold's camp are saying he wants to stay at Old Trafford and fight for his place. I can't see him um being United's number two for a long period of time. He's an established international goalkeeper. Who's played in Champions League finals and I can't see him winning his place back at Old Trafford. Um so we'll see what happens there. Also, there was talk from January, wasn't there, that old time by India has already agreed to move back to Turkey. Uh we'll see what happens um there. Um Louis Hall, Alejandro Balde, and Eintrak Frankfurt's Nathaniel Brown have all been linked with Solving United's left back crisis.
Um Um obviously Luke Shaw played every minute of last season but he's not someone who's reliable to do that. Um especially now reaching a veteran age and with his problems with injuries in the past United have needed a replacement in that area for a while. Looks like they are going to strengthen. Looks like Patrick Dogo isn't seen as the answer at left back either.
Why is Junior Kropi’s potential move to Arsenal or PSG more likely than a United transfer?
Um it's a lot of money, isn't it? They're looking somewhere in the region of fifty million pounds.
