Yes, hello everybody and welcome back to the Fantasy Gameplan for Round 13. I'm your host, Rowey, and as always, I'm joined by Riley to break down all of the Fantasy highlights and lowlights from the weekend. Riley, how are you, mate?
Rowie, g'day everyone. Good to see you. A big weekend of fantasy footy, actually. Some nice highs, but some, yeah, not so good lows as well, that's for sure. Some loops that didn't go the right way, let's just say that.
Yeah, a pretty common theme, I think, certainly for me as well this weekend. But I'll just, we'll get it out of the way now. We're recording on Sunday night, but let's just rewind a couple of days to Wednesday night. I'm just going to let you off the train. You can say peace.
what a game like first 60 minutes like that that is origin football what is what a spectacle it is and it really is the epitome of our game and for the first 60 minutes um even just as a neutral fan uh it was great viewing but queensland just showed you complete your sets and I think the thing we actually forget about origin footy, and this is why Queensland's been dominant for so long. There's not have a lot of attacking shape. It's sort of, you just got to wear the other person down and it's why Queensland's come over the top so often in the second half for so many years. Now you go all the way back to the dynasty, like the blues would lead at halftime and then Queensland would just come over the top in the second half with completions and just wear them down.
So yeah, Very brave in the second half. Didn't go our way, obviously. But, yeah, at least if there's a head clash now, you get sent off. So, bye.
