And I think one of the big problems we've got in Liverpool's current structure is a lack of accountability when things go wrong. And the idea that changing the coach alone solves all of Liverpool's problems, I think would be a folly for us to think. But I do think it's right that it's happened. And... I don't like the glee on social media where people are celebrating it. As much as I probably deep down wanted it to happen, it's about the club moving forward now. It's the right decision for the club.

Yeah, I think that's a fair summary. I feel I've got a lot of sympathy for him in that I think he's been dealt a swat of a hand since we've won the league. And I think up until the middle of the season, I think certainly speaking of him, he's up until them three home games against the pre-promoted sides where we were just shite. I was... broadly in favour of giving him a chance because, you know, of what he'd done and he'd earned that. In my eyes, then he'd earned that ability to, you know, to have another pop on it and keep going. But I think all that's happened since then, like them three games, I think done him a fucking world of damage. The Burnley one, I just remember the, I don't know why we were better against Burnley than we were in a couple of the other ones, but it was a couple of times in that game where Burnley just waltzed out of their own box and my head exploded.
And I don't, that hasn't really gone back together since. But, like, I just don't think he's done enough to help himself since to keep his job. I just don't think, you know, the willing participant thing strikes, I think, because it almost was a little bit like he was just dialing it in. Like, well, what do you want me to do with this? but I'm fucking better than what you're doing, mate, would be my answer because this is fucking shite. So I've got loads of sympathy for him. I think he will go on to be a really good coach somewhere else, but they couldn't have gone into next season leaving him in charge.
