One of the biggest things that stops women from pursuing leadership and executive positions is fear of the unknown. When you’re stepping into a newer, bigger role, there are SO many unknowns – and if you struggle with impostor syndrome in your current role, advancing upwards can sometimes feel undesirable and overwhelming. In this week’s episode, I’m sharing a perspective that I hope will normalize the fear AND encourage you to dream big and reach for more if professional growth and upwards promotions is something you desire.
