Before starting her own business, Lara worked in the corporate world as the global head of HR. Although she liked her job, she realised that she was working 12 to 14 hour days and wasn't living the life she wanted to live outside of work, so she resigned. A serendipitous event occurred during her Leaving Drinks when she overheard a group of people say they needed someone to create a performance and reward system.That turned out to be her first project as an independent business owner. With this, she began a corporate consultancy business, offering workshops for professional and personal growth, and training programs for hypnotherapy, timeline therapy, and NLP. When she adopted her two girls, however, her life underwent yet another significant upheaval, and she needed to find something that would not need her to travel frequently. She discovered a need for certified mindset coaches able to bring about deep transformation in a way that lasts and deals with the underlying source of the issue. This is when the Mindset Coach Academy was born.
