Chapter 2: How can you control your social media usage effectively?
But nothing is that important for the next 15, 30 minutes. Nothing is that important. If you can sit and actually Make eye contact with your family and speak with your family. Spend time with your wife, your kids, your husband. If you can do that, your life will be so much better.
