Chapter 2: What are Abby's top tips for solo traveling?
It's listener Q&A time.
Where Morgan and a show member answer almost all your questions.
It is time for some listener questions, and we answer. Abby is joining me this weekend. I sounded weird when I said your name. Abby. Abby's joining me. How are you, Abby? I'm good. Thanks for being here. We've got Alyssa in Illinois who said good luck on the race this weekend. Woo! Now you have two best bits things to play back while you're doing your run. Go, Abby.
At this moment in time, she's not running because you're recording with me. But by the time this podcast comes out, she will be actively in the run. Yeah. So, Abby, keep going. Thank you. I'm going. I need some water. Maybe some little gel packets. Little things. What are your big goals personally and professionally for the rest of 2026? This is from Sherry. Oh my.
Is this your answering too or just me? I can, but they're for you. My goal would be, okay, I have, oh, professional to get my other song out. I want a third song and I want to write it. So that would be professional. Personal would be to get my stomach figured out and get back on my little health journey. Like follow what I should have done. To start out.
I don't know if that'll help though, because I feel like I did it six weeks and it still didn't help of me like eating right and cutting stuff out. And we did, we did go into detail talking a lot about Abby's health in the part one. So if you're, if you're also having like chronic illness stuff like Abby is, then go check it out. Yeah. But I will say sometimes six weeks is not enough. Sadly.
And I did learn that. Yeah.
Yeah.
I felt great in the moment and then a few weeks after it, but then it just slowly came back and now we're back to before I started. So that's a huge goal to get that. Those are both good ones. Yeah. Those are good. You looked at me like I was crazy when I asked you that question. I did. Well, it was funny because...

Chapter 3: What are the biggest goals for Abby and Morgan in 2026?
I tried to make a folder. I tried. Yeah, I've made folders. It's okay. They just need to be dragged over to the folder. That's okay. Like I said, there's always one, at least in a relationship, that really holds that stronghold. They do. He can provide that for you. I think that would be a great plan of action for you so it's not so overwhelming. Really. My fiance and I are the same way.
He's really good. One task. He can get something done, one task. I can have 13 things happening in my brain at one time. We are not the same in that.
Yeah.
And so I've learned that about him. And so like, and he'll get it. If he gets that one task, he can get it done in 30 minutes because it's one task and I give him another one and like whatever. So those are our different brains. That's how they operate, you know? And we've learned to make those both work for our relationship versus trying to make the impossible happen.
If I tried to give him 10 things at once, he'd look at me like, what?
what are you doing you know you're setting me up to fail you know and it set you up to fail if you were trying to do a bunch of things that you don't feel comfortable doing so you gotta learn your strengths and your strengths is to be able to choose from options yeah I think that'd be great for you guys no more than three yes my big goals Personally, I want to get married.
I'd love to see that through this whole year. I've been putting a lot of work in for that. That for sure, personally, would be getting married and having our party and everything. And then professionally, I'm doing some talks back home, which I'm really excited about. What does that even mean? What? So I got hired two different talks. One is back at my college. Oh, talks.
I thought you meant you have like talks of something in the works, like a job back home. And I was like, what? You're saying this right now? That's what her face was at. I was like, yeah, no, like actual like speaking engagements. I was like, what? Abby was like, did you just like drop breaking news? Yeah. No. Wait, you're planning a wedding, but you're about to move back? What's happening?
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Speaking engagements back home. Same, same, but different. I don't know where my head went there. That is so funny. That is funny. Yeah. So one of the speaking engagements is for back home in Manhattan, Kansas, back in my college, well, back home, home state, Manhattan, Kansas, where I went to college. Some of the college hired me to go back and do a keynote speak.
