Tell me something good. I had a good Father's Day. I mentioned that. I also, let's see. You know what you can do is you can rearrange your grid now on Instagram. I put that down. Tell me something good. How do you do that?
Rearrange it. What do you mean?
Okay, so if you go to your Instagram, if you pull up your main grid.

Chapter 3: What restaurant did Eddie recommend and why is it popular?
Everybody with me? Yep, I'm pulling it up. And sometimes Instagram rolls things out where some people get it, some don't. It's never about followers sometimes because I still don't have the ability to have Instagram Plus yet. But, okay, have your grid up? Got it. Hold down just anything random on your grid. Just push it and hold it down. Did it bring it up? Yes. Okay.
Now, does it bring up a drop menu? Uh-huh. Insights. Does it say move your grid? Yeah. Reorder grid. Yep, that's it. So now you can move around the stuff on your grid in whatever order you want. So this is for everyone to see? Yes. Okay, so if I make that picture the first, when people go to my grid, they'll see that first. Yeah, and you don't even have to pin it.
Now, you'd have to change it every time, but you can reorder your grid however you want. And I saw about a month ago this was an option, and it wasn't for me. And then yesterday, it was. I like that. Well, so... How did you even get there? Because I wouldn't think to push that.
Chapter 4: How did Bobby respond to negative comments on social media?
I am constantly checking because, again, Instagram doesn't always roll out things for everybody all at once. And I saw about a month ago that was a thing, so I checked a couple times a week. And I said, oh, my God. It was like I found the $10 I was looking for. Oh, my God, it worked. So you put your favorite things maybe or a video you want people to see?
Yeah, just whatever you want to move to the top, you can. If you want to. It doesn't matter. I just like the ability to rearrange my grid. And it gives you insights, too, on that one post. Well, you get insights anyway. Yeah, but if you hold on to it, that's one of the options. Oh, yeah, but that doesn't pop up anyway on yours?
It's just a quick... Like, look, if I hit mine here on this one, you get the insights anyway. You hit it right there. Oh, yeah, you can do that too, I guess. That's a good point. So I put that as one of them. And then one of the most underrated, best shows on television that a lot of people don't watch is now back for a third season.
You know how we talk about it's so cool to have shows where there's a bunch of episodes to watch? There is this show on Peacock called The Capture. And it's basically they, I think they're like,
m15 because there's like mi5 mi6 that's basically their cia fbi those organizations so it's a british it's very american because there's american people in it too it's like a conspiracy thriller it's awesome and season three is up there's only six episodes we've watched three of them yet uh this weekend what does it get a rot 97 rot tomatoes well It's so good. That's all I'll say.
Man, I don't have Peacock. I was trying to avoid Peacock. But Peacock, I think you can watch it, though, without paying because I think they have a commercial version. Get it free and then just watch ads?

Chapter 5: What excitement does Lunchbox express about Team USA in the World Cup?
It's basically Tubi. Tubi's good. Tubi's good. Did I get to watch so many little movies on Tubi? That show, The Capture, is so good. Anybody else watching it? Nope. It's A+. One of my favorite shows. I just forget. It disappeared forever. And then it came back with a season three. I also saw that You remember the name of the show? Sugar is back on Apple. Oh, yes, I did see that.
Did you watch season one? Yeah. Yeah. That's crazy. What is that? What's his name? Colin Farrell? Yeah, Colin Farrell. He's a detective. Oh, does he drive a convertible? Yes. Got it. Like a 50s convertible, but it's current day. But he's that kind of guy?
Chapter 6: What challenges did Amy face while moving heavy tile?
Like wears a tuxedo. It's good, too. We haven't started season two yet. Okay, that's mine, Amy. So mine's a little bit of suck with good. So I had some tile delivered to my house. I wasn't there when they dropped it off, and they dropped it in front of my garage, like where I would pull in. So I couldn't get into my garage without moving it. That's annoying. And it was so heavy.
But I thought, okay, I'm just going to take this box by box. I'll bend with my knees, lift with my legs.
Uh-oh.
second first box fine second box my whole back like almost like I'd been like shocked and I spasmed and I was like oh gosh tweaked my back and the good part is I was able to get in to see my chiropractor that so that happened Friday night and then on Saturday afternoon because Saturday I didn't know if one would be working but I found one and
And I don't know, he had some laser thing, some hot red laser. I don't know. He did that, and it was, like, warm on my back. And then I was healed. My back is better. I don't know. I'd never even seen this guy before. But whatever magic he has, it was amazing. And he works on Saturdays. That's cool. And he works on Saturdays. I don't know. Something feels weird about this one. What do you mean?
A chiropractor working on a Saturday with a magic ray. With a laser.

Chapter 7: How did a chiropractor's treatment lead to Amy's healing?
Yeah.
I know. Well, my friend had gone to him, and I texted her, and she was like, oh, yeah, no.
Is he mobile?
He's there. No, I went in.
Okay, good. He's got like a food truck. That's what I was wondering. No, no, no, no. I went in to him, and I guess I was just thankful. But I had heard my friend talk about him before. That's the only reason why. The guy I've been going to, Abby recommended, but he doesn't work on Saturdays. So I was just texting around trying to figure somebody out.
My next stop was someone that you use that is mobile, but ā Gosh, he's expensive. So I was trying to avoid that. So I went to some laser guy. Mostly by mobile. I meant like you get in his van. Wait, what? That's kind of what that felt like. Like mobile grooming? Yeah. Oh my God, you meant like the people that will, like a house call. No, no.
People like you go and they have a van in a parking lot and they fix you up. Oh, no, I thought you meant like at my house. No, there was nothing shady like that.

Chapter 8: What heartwarming story did Lunchbox share about CPR training?
He was actually, I mean, he did other things too, like some deep tissue and some cupping. But I feel like it's the laser that, it's like after he did the laser, I felt whatever tightness was in the middle of my back was, had dissipated. Nice. And the laser was hot? It was a little warm. Not hot, but you could, I could tell it was on my back. Good for you. Will you go back to that? Yeah.
I mean, I don't need to right now. I'm healed. Hey, Abby, so you'll go to a chiropractor, but you won't go and get a massage, pretty much?
Oh, yeah. He's cool. He's never done anything weird. I will say he has this one move.
Oh, boy.
Now we're breaking it down.
I don't go to anybody that's got a move, for the record. He has this one move that makes me think if I didn't trust him, I'd be very uncomfortable right now.
What's the move?
Well, maybe it's just where my injuries are. Oh, no. Yeah.
Does he use his hips? It's just a maneuver that makes me think, like, good thing he's so solid and trustworthy and has good bedside manner. Because he doesn't give an ounce of creep. But if he did, I wouldn't be able to go back. You know, he's just trying to do what he needs to do. But the move isn't creepy enough? No, because it's professional. Is it a thrust of any kind?
