It's time for the good news. Tell me something good. I think mine's going to be a pretty good active day yesterday. Got home, spent a little time with the baby. Went to therapy yesterday. Then I played pickleball for an hour and a half or so. And then my ankle, I just don't even think about it unless I think about thinking about it. And so I think I'm back from my injury. I used to think three times there, but I have to layer it like that. And I don't want to jinx it. But I had ankle surgery in November. Doctor said it'd be six months or so before I felt fully comfortable. I think I'm back. I might be ready to get into tournaments. I'm not good enough yet because I've lost six months of training time. Yeah.
And also deterioration of my body just with aging and gravity and how gravity pushes our bodies down as we get older. So did that.
So you are going to maybe sign up for something or you're not?
I think so. I'm on these stupid mailing lists for some of these pickleball tournaments. So the next one that comes through town, I think I might jump in a tournament.
Even though you don't think you're ready.
Correct. There's no way to get ready except for getting ready and just dunking yourself in. So I had a pretty good day yesterday. That's all. That's my day. You?
I had a great day yesterday, and I was one of the lucky people in my neighborhood that didn't lose power.

I don't know, but my phone started blowing up and there was this whole text thread about, did you lose power? Did you lose power? And I don't even know who some of these people are. But they're like, oh, yeah, I didn't know I lost power, but then my generator kicked on.
