I've had lots of com c comments from people going, Gosh, you sure wear a lot of sleeveless shirts now and you sure wear a lot of strapless dresses. And I'm like, Yep, yeah, you're right. For sure I do. Because it's the first time in my life that I am so proud of my arms because I put the work in. Life is like a roller coaster, but it's better when we go through it together. Welcome to the Candace Cameron Burray Podcast. This show is not about me. I make it for you. And this season is with my friend Annie F. Downs, who hosts her own podcast called That Sounds Fun. And let me tell you, she is really fun. She is with me for six weeks and she's here to encourage you to find the life that you really want. Not in a big, obvious way, but in the quiet choices. And that's one of the reasons I've really appreciated sponsorship from 316 Financial. They're an online bank, but what makes them different is that generosity is built into how they operate. They give 10% of their profits to support ministries and organizations that spread faith and create lasting impact. And I love that something as routine as banking can actually be part of living out our values in a simple, consistent way. At the same time, it's just a really solid, easy banking option.

No monthly fees, free ATM access nationwide, and a strong savings account. If you want to learn more, you can go to bank316.com. Banking services are provided by 316 Financial, a division of PRIMIS Bank member FDIC. I've had friends go through medical scares, and it seems the difficult part is dealing with the medical bills. It made their situation more stressful. They felt like a number, not a person, and it was all about the cost, not their care. That's why I was so encouraged after my conversation with Andy Schoonover of CrowdHealth. They focus on people, not just costs. Like many of us, Andy was frustrated with the Rising costs and confusing bills. So he created CrowdHealth, a crowdfunding membership that helps families take control of their healthcare spending with real support along the way.

Instead of paying high monthly premiums, you pay a simple membership. When a medical need comes up, the community helps to fund your bills and even works to lower costs. It's a more transparent, supportive approach, without the stress. Go to join. CrowdHealth.com and use the code CANDIS. CrowdHealth is not insurance, it's a better approach to healthcare that puts people and community first.

I think it's great. I do love the heat as I've gotten older. I realize how much my body enjoys the heat because it just relaxes and muscles. Why

snowbirds exist is people live down south. I also find that I tend to be better to my body when the when the temperature's warmer. I can be outside more. I can Oh right, for sure. Like just movement increases. So as soon as it starts getting warm enough, and now as we're getting back into the cool, but when it gets warm enough, it just feels very like, here we go. Let's like be outside. And then as it starts to cool off, you go like, okay, we can do this again.
Candace Cameron Bure 3:58
And then in the winter. I'm just not as good. And it's hard. Well, I'm pretty consistent, so I still do it in the winter, but I did take a hot class last night. Like did you? It was like a hot yoga. Matt Pilates class, but it was hot. So it was over a hundred degrees in there. And I haven't done that often. You're just here. Someone said, Hey, you want to try this place? I was like, sure. And I've never sweat so much in my life.
Annie F. Downs 4:23
