We talk about the Carmelo Anthony Austin Metcalf murder in Texas and why he's released on house arrest. And what does that tell us? MAGA has ascended. More Republicans are now identifying as MAGA. What does that mean for the country and for Trump's policies?

Chapter 2: What is the Maryland Dad Hoax and the Supreme Court controversy?

183.955 - 212.155 Mike Davis

Not at all. So remember, this Maryland father, as the liberal media is trying to portray him, was found by a court to be likely a MS-13 gang member, one of the most vicious gangs in the Western world. hemisphere. He was an illegal immigrant who was in America for years. And then when he was about to be deported, he claimed that he was going to be persecuted if he went back to El Salvador.

0

212.175 - 237.234 Mike Davis

And my response is, well, now that we have a new leader in El Salvador, he's actually cleaned up the country where the murder rate has dropped significantly. And so I don't think he's going to face the same persecution that he once supposedly was going to face. And regardless, even if he is, he's an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, MS-13 gang member, and he got sent back to El Salvador, right?

0

237.334 - 245.68 Mike Davis

Now, should he have been sent to a different country because of this supposed persecution? Maybe, but guess what? A federal judge

0

246.3 - 266.855 Mike Davis

can't order the president of the united states to engage in foreign affairs with a foreign leader that is beyond the the judge's article three power to decide cases or controversies with redressable claims with the parties before them yeah and so that this is you know uh

0

268.012 - 289.081 Andrew

it seems like we're getting into some legal gray area. Now the left, the liberal media wants you to believe that Trump is a dictator. He's an authoritarian. Now he's openly defining the highest court in the land. Meanwhile, it seems to be that there's a lot of nuance in the actual ruling from the court. And I want to play something that just came across the wire. It is

289.798 - 299.847 Andrew

Surprising, the source is surprising, Mike. This is CNN's chief legal correspondent, Paula Reid, actually defending the Trump administration a little bit here, 196.

301.986 - 323 Unidentified

And President Trump and President Bukele made it clear that Abrego Garcia will not be returned to the United States, despite this U.S. Supreme Court ruling saying that Trump had to facilitate his return. So are they just ignoring a U.S. Supreme Court ruling, or is the fact that the ruling was so mushy, in your words, giving him an opening?

323.22 - 341.391 Unidentified

It's a technical term I learned in law school, Jake. Mushy, look, they're working within the ambiguity that the Supreme Court justices gave them. They did not order the administration to return him to the United States. They said that they need to facilitate this return. They could have said, we order him returned, but they didn't do that.

342.152 - 355.604 Andrew

Mushy, Mike, is the word that she used. So when you read this court ruling- Do you see what she's referring to? So they are actually working within a bit of ambiguity provided to them by the court.

Chapter 3: What legal nuances exist around Trump's handling of the Maryland man case?

495.137 - 512.848 Mike Davis

He's going to do, and he's doing it very fast. These judges think that they're going to stop the president of the United States. They're going to turn around planes full of terrorists. They're going to order the president to negotiate with a foreign leader to bring back terrorists and MS-13 gangbangers. It's not going to happen.

0

512.868 - 534.629 Mike Davis

And this is the problem with these activist judges is they are lighting their legitimacy on fire with the American people. They look silly. These are like 90-10 issues. They are clearly... over their skis. And if they want to keep fighting the president on this, what's going to happen is the president is just going to ignore these lawless and dangerous orders.

0

535.169 - 555.102 Mike Davis

And then are these activist judges going to send their Green Beret law clerks to go get this MS-13 gangbanger out of the El Salvadorian prison. They don't have an army to enforce their order. They need to rely on the executive branch. And if they lose their legitimacy in their judiciary, the executive branch is not going to do their bidding.

0

555.502 - 582.495 Andrew

Well, Mike, I want to pause there then for one second. What you brought up here is pretty critical. And this is, if I'm playing devil's advocate, the constitutional crisis area, right? The left loves to use that framing But if there is no authority, highest authority in the land, I mean, are we saying that, are we advocating now for Trump to defy federal courts, but not the Supreme Court?

0

582.575 - 600.763 Andrew

Where's the line? I mean, is it if they make a ruling on foreign policy or immigration topics or cases that there is grounds to defy those? Where is the red line here? Because we are flirting with problematic precedent?

601.183 - 624.398 Mike Davis

Look, the federal judiciary, these judges have a modest but crucial role is to decide cases or controversies of the parties before them with redressable claims. Nothing more, nothing less. It's really important. If we didn't have a judiciary, we would end up in tribalism. We need to have a forum to resolve our disputes. But these judges wear robes, not capes.

624.619 - 648.643 Mike Davis

It's not their job to fly around the world and right every perceived wrong. They have limited authority. And when you're dealing with the president's national security, his commander in chief power, his running military operations or deporting foreign terrorists, the judges need to tread very carefully because when they overstep authority,

649.664 - 663.082 Mike Davis

The commander in chief has a constitutional duty to ignore clearly lawless orders that put national security in danger. And that's what happened. I've never called for this before, but I did this with Boesberg.

666.007 - 684.253 Charlie Kirk

Making America great again starts with making America healthy again. Charlie Kirk here. I lost 40 pounds with the PhD weight loss and nutrition program. And two years later, I haven't gained a pound back. I started the PhD weight loss program because I need to be healthy to keep up with my crazy schedule. Most people start a weight loss program to get healthier.

Chapter 4: How does El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele respond to the deportation issue?

780.953 - 804.179 Mike Davis

Yeah, so President Joe Biden illegally mass paroled millions of people, including these 500,000 illegal immigrants, essentially from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. And President Trump, by executive order, essentially gave them two years of amnesty, this parole for two years.

0

805.02 - 833.034 Mike Davis

And when President Trump came back in office, he's simply undoing by executive order what Biden illegally set up by executive order. And of course, this radical Obama judge from Boston comes out and says that, oh, no, no, you need to have a case-by-case relationship review of each one of these 500,000 people. Joe Biden didn't have a five case by case review. He illegally mass paroled all of them.

0

833.074 - 838.318 Mike Davis

And President Trump is lawfully trying to get them the hell out of our country as he should.

0

838.758 - 862.766 Andrew

Mike, that's such a good point. So what the Democrats want you to believe is sane and normal and legal is just mass paroling hundreds of thousands, and as you said, millions of of migrants into this country, no vetting, no case-by-case, just a rubber stamp, get on the app, come into the country, you're going to be fine. Oh, and by the way, Mike, there's evidence here.

0

862.786 - 889.229 Andrew

The administration's own data shows that 72% of the CHNV, that's Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela entrants, accessed welfare funds. within the programs, within the first six months of arriving, 72% of these people. So there's no due process getting them in, just pure invasion. And we saw this play out in places like Springfield, Ohio.

889.549 - 914.402 Andrew

There was a lot of illicit, I believe, criminal activity busing these people to the basically slave labor wages and disenfranchising American workers. So there's no due process, but now they want due process to get them out. So what happens here with this ridiculous ruling? The Trump administration is rightly calling this a farce and more judicial tyranny. What happens now?

914.723 - 918.936 Andrew

Walk us through the next steps now. in the legal process to get this unscrewed.

919.516 - 941.495 Mike Davis

I think what Trump has to do is give them all MAGA hats. And then if he makes them wear MAGA hats, the liberal judges will get them the hell out of our country as quickly as they can. I mean, this is absurd how this judge is ruling. You let... 500,000 illegal immigrants come into our country illegally through mass parole. The mass parole is illegal.

941.915 - 966.461 Mike Davis

These illegal immigrants are committing a crime by being here. They need to get the hell out of our country. President Trump campaigned on this. I used to be a lot more soft on immigration than I am now, but after 15 million illegal immigrants flooded our country, overwhelmed our communities, overwhelmed our social services, rampant crime. I have zero patience for illegal immigrants.

Chapter 5: What are the limits of judicial power over executive foreign affairs?

1057.253 - 1060.255 Andrew

God bless you, Mike Davis. Thanks for the time. Support his work.

We now have the great Jack Posobiec, who has been holding down our three of the Charlie Kirk radio show. Jack Posobiec. How you doing, my friend?

1153.117 - 1156.18 Jack

What's going on, Andrew? It's a great day in America.

1156.24 - 1176.68 Jack

It's a great day with President Trump in office with this new administration pushing forward and actually holding the line for once for the American people, whether it be standing up for the American worker against China, whether it's standing up for American people against the ravages of the illegal aliens and these criminal organizations like MS-13 and Trend de Aragua.

Chapter 6: What is the significance of Judge Indira Talwani's ruling on Biden's migrant parole?

2013.979 - 2035.979 Andrew

they are saying to themselves, finally, there's an American leader who is standing up for me, who's standing up for the country that I love, the country that I will raise my kids in, the country I will die in, the country that means so much to me. Faith, family, and country are now being respected again. They're not being trotted upon. They're not being cast aside and ignored.

0

2036.74 - 2063.15 Andrew

And you're seeing this in cultural moments, the UFC fight, where hardworking Americans come out, buy a ticket to support something masculine, aggressive, strong, and they celebrate a president that walks proudly into that arena. You see it even over the weekend. SNL was making fun of third rail topics that used to be completely off limits, LGBT issues and adoption issues on SNL.

0

2063.783 - 2087.288 Andrew

When you see MAGA ascendant, you see that the president's goals, ambitions, missions, policies are popular, even when they are controversial, because we are no longer being cowed by the same sniveling, whining voices in the corner telling us, no, you can't do that. You can't have your country back. President Trump is proudly saying, yes, we can. Yes, we will. And I dare you to try and stop me.

0

2087.648 - 2089.609 Andrew

Thanks so much for listening, everybody. Talk to you soon.
