Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah, he did play, yeah. Oh, we'll get to that. So I'm going to start off this right. So Lisa actually is a former Miss Universe Ireland. But as you came into the building, right, you came in all done up, stunner, right? I met you before and I've been speaking to you several times. No notions here.

Because I think when people hear first, oh, you know. Miss Ireland, they think pageant queen. Oh, does this one have any... Well, like, is there anything of substance? And there definitely is, Lisa. Like, there definitely, there really, really is. And I've heard you on several podcasts. And the minute I met you, I liked you. And we had met at Alan Clark show as well. Yes. Up in Trim, County Meath. And you're living up in Meath. And do you know what? You're a good egg. And you've some story. And you've had a, like, you've had a difficult life since you were, like, born. Yeah. So as I start every podcast... Can you tell me, Lisa O'Sullivan Shaw, where you grew up and what it was like?
I am a Kerry woman, born and bred, and I was born in a small North Kerry village, Ballyduff. It's real Hurling country. There's a small pocket of Hurling down there. All my family, both sides, are involved in the GAA. I grew up Totally immersed in that. Very normal 1980s upbringing. Went to mass on a Saturday night or Sunday straight to a game. All that kind of crack. And GAA was like our second religion. Very family orientated. But I was born with a heart condition that they didn't know I was going to be born with. I was immediately taken to Cork University Hospital and then I was flown to Our Ladies in Crumlin that night. And I had my first open heart surgery at six weeks old where Cromlin was my first home, we'll say.
And then I came home and I was a few months old and I had a pretty uneventful cardiac history life. I was treated no different. I used to be wondering, like I used to play football and I used to be wondering, like, why can't I run laps like this?
