No, I never got involved. I had a brother who was involved, and I got to be a passenger to a little bit of stuff. And it always just made me so nervous. I remember driving around, you know, whether it was stealing weed or whatever it was, like always saying, hey, it has to be in the trunk. We're not going to smoke in the car. Like, I used to be so paranoid. Anytime a cop would get behind us or we'd be burn cruising, it was just an uncomfortable experience. I never really had the stomach for getting involved in that. When I was entrepreneurial from a young age, I was cutting longs. I was going door to door as an eighth grader with a homemade flyer, pitching my neighbors on why I should be their long guy and eventually going into other chores or household things that I could help them with.
And I made a good amount of money there. I had my own hours. I got to listen to music and be outside as I was lawn mowing. So I didn't really feel the need to do anything that would jeopardize wrestling or just, I didn't want to get in trouble.
Yeah, you were a hustler. You were a good kid, but you were a hustler from a young age. I see it now with your work ethic in this YouTube space is unparalleled.
I think, I mean, that's one thing I'm blessed with is I grew up with that wrestling mentality. I started wrestling when I was 10 years old and that work ethic from that sport, especially the Midwestern mixed into that, it just makes for a successful person because I'm not the most talented. I'm not the smartest. I'm not the most handsome, but I'm consistent and I'm hardworking. And that usually passes, you know, the Hollywood guy that, you know, thinks he can only do it once a month or once every few months. And he's going to keep pace with me, you know, good luck.
