It was actually making me want to start crying. Things at all, but yes, a Mauritian fan celebrating uh a beautiful victory for uh Kim Lecour on on today stage six of the Tour de France Fam. Um but we are we found a lovely square. Actually this is this was the finish line pretty much, wasn't it, Denny? Not
far from the finish. Yeah, we're at uh Tournon-sur-on, uh right on the river. It was probably the most picturesque finish of the tour so far. Um yeah, just finished by the castle and we're just back in a little square, aren't we? Uh a a little bistro, uh surrounded by plain trees, which is rather nice.
Yes, very n uh th they're beautiful, aren't they? Huge big uh plain trees. Um which I believe are the Napoleon is that right? You told me earlier Napoleon planted them or
well story has it that um Napoleon's administration and then late later the ninth nineteenth century road builders planted them along The big roads in France and town squares to provide provide shade basically.
I don't think that makes any sense at all. Because they they'd have to make any shade you'd have to plant a like a hundred year old tree. Where would they be getting these hundred year old trees from? They'd be planting like little saplings and they would that wouldn't give any shade at all.
That's that's forward planning, isn't it?
