Tom Tillis who was the chief impediment to Ed Martin getting this job full-time.
And quite unfortunately, it looks like Tom Tillis won in this effort to stop him because yesterday, my White House correspondent, Reagan Reese, had an opportunity to talk to the president, asked him about Ed Martin's nomination.
