Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
This is an iHeart Podcast. Guaranteed human.
Another podcast from some SNL late-night comedy guy. Not quite. On Humor Me with Robert Smigel and Friends, me and hilarious guests from Bob Odenkirk to David Letterman help make you funnier. This week, my guests, SNL's Mikey Day and head writer Streeter Seidel, help an a cappella band with their between-songs banter. Where does your group perform? We do some retirement homes.
Those people are starving for banter. Listen to Humor Me with Robert Smigel and friends on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Last night, a blown call changed a game. This morning, the internet lost its mind. and nobody's telling you exactly what happened. That's where Sports Slice comes in. I'm Timbo, and every episode, we're cutting through the noise, breaking down the biggest moments in sports, and giving you the real story behind the headlines.
And we're going straight to the source, the athletes themselves, their locker room stories, their reactions in the moment, and the stuff nobody gets to hear. Listen to Sports Slice on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. And for more, follow TimboSlicelife12 and the TikTok Podcast Network on TikTok.

At our level, at this scale, being able to fail in front of the entire world. Like, I can do anything. Like, I can do anything. Hey, what's good, y'all?
You're listening to Learn the Hard Way with your favorite therapist and host, Keir Gaines. This space is about Black men's experiences, having honest conversations that it's really not safe to have anywhere, but you're having them with a licensed professional who knows what he's doing. Chapter 2: How did the Lakers perform in the playoffs this season?
Yes, our cameraman, Eric Weeks.
Sometimes you have to elaborate a little bit.
That's fair.
Okay, thank you, Todd. So weeks are cameraman. It's his birthday today. Mine is on Friday. No surprises. Yes, Paul? You know you're going to get Friday fritzy on your birthday. No. Do you like it or not? No, that's my wish, to not have Friday fritzy.
That is your birthday present for me.
Yeah, great. All right, so Nick Wright will join us coming up here in a little bit. Chris in Syracuse leads us off. Hour two. Hi, Chris.
Hey, thanks as always, Dan. I got some Celtics and Knicks for you. And also, you were mentioning last hours about the Lakers as an organization. They got to do what's best to make their team better, and I always remember when the Red Sox got rid of Nomar.
That was a business decision that didn't make the fans happy, and that led directly to a World Series a few months later.
And over the last several years, the Knicks came so close to pulling the trigger to acquire Joel Embiid, and I'm so glad they held off and ended up with Kat. And An example of how hungry Knicks fans are for a title, the summer night the Knicks acquired the last piece to the puzzle, Mikel Bridges, from their crosstown rival, the Nets, for five first-round picks.

Chapter 3: What are Dan and the Danettes planning for DP's birthday celebration?
Are you doing it tonight? Yes, sir. How old is he?
Nine.
How good is he?
He's pretty good.
Yeah, you know what? I would go to the basketball game.
All right, cool.
Could bring the kid to the game unless he's playing in his game while the basketball game's going on. But if he's pretty good, there's going to be more games for you to go to. Might not get too many opportunities to see the Spurs. Yes, Todd?
What if that game is like the kid's greatest game ever? He hits a home run and goes four for four and gets the game-winning hit or catch, and then you've got to live with picking Wemby over your own kid?
He's only nine.
