Daniel has been there covering this. Not only did you cover the breaking news with us today, as we got breaking news and then had to unbreak the news because of NPR.
That was a bit of a debacle. But you have been speaking to lawmakers about the news of said breaking news that happened as you were standing in front of the Supreme Court. What are you hearing?
That's right, Don. I actually talked to lawmakers about the real breaking news, not the faux breaking news. Although, again, everybody, watch your breaking news alerts. Expect that news to become real in the coming days, probably.

Yeah, yeah, I agree. I agree. Well, I did chat with some lawmakers. I, funnily enough, tried to chat with Ms. Lauren Boebert, Colorado, and she said, oh, you seem so sweet. What's the DL stand for? And I said, Don Lemon. She goes, oh, I thought you were nice. I said, we are nice. Come on, chat with us. And she didn't want to do it. But did chat with some Republicans, Ms. Nancy Mace. Well, let's go ahead and start with friend to the show, Ms. Kamlager Dove, Representative Kamlager Dove, who had her take about the birthright citizenship case and a few of the other cases that dropped today. First question is about the president's birthright citizenship. He's not a fan, but the Supreme Court upheld the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
What are your thoughts?
I love Ketanji Brown Jackson's clap back of Clarence Thomas. So first people need to know that Clarence was actually seen walking the halls just the other day before this decision was released. He has never been here, so who was he talking to? Probably kvetching about what he knew was gonna go down. And then Ketanji's lovely clapback, which is, you claim to be colorblind every single time, except when we're talking about birthright citizenship, which, oh, by the way, came into existence because of your black ass, your ancestors. And this is what we were fighting for. I'm grateful that the president is salty. I'm sorry, mother, for using a curse word. I am glad that he is salty. And I'm glad that the majority of these justices stood up for the Constitution, which seems like an oxymoron.
Why should the justices have to uphold the Constitution?
Yeah. And why wasn't it nine to zero?

Agreed, John. And that was, we got into that as well. And I mean, with a couple of other representatives, people just shocked that it wasn't a full nine to zero decision. I mean, we can't get into the justices' minds, but you would think that this was clearly laid out in the 14th Amendment.
