I am. Equally outraged. First of all, you know, my condolences to Renee Good, her family. And I'm glad you brought up that she's not the first person that ICE has killed. On New Year's Eve, an off-duty ICE agent shot Robert Porter. It was outside of his jurisdiction. This off-duty ICE agent heard gunshots and it was Robert Porter shooting a gun in celebratory gunfire for New Year's Eve. Now, I'm against celebratory gunfire, but that's neither here nor there. This off-duty ICE agent decided he wanted to be a cop, and he shot and killed that man on New Year's Eve. I'm sorry, Keith Porter, I apologize. Additionally, how many people have died in ICE custody in these inhumane detention facilities? So, you know, I'm as equally outraged as you.
You're talking about the protests in Minneapolis. I have one of my guys on the ground there in Minneapolis today. He's been sending me videos throughout the day. The most recent video he sent me was at 3 o'clock, so just a couple hours ago. They were shooting flashbang grenades at the protesters. Matter of fact, I'll send that to your producers if you want to pop it up. So early this morning in Minneapolis, they went out to the Whipple Federal Building and they were protesting. There wasn't any more than 20, 30 people. And they were there protesting, holding up signs like, get ICE out of Minnesota kind of thing. The ICE agents came out of the facility and immediately started shooting tear gas and pepper bullets at them before there was ever even an interaction.
It's just, it's like, Every day we're watching ICE escalate the situation more because they're given this, what J.D. Vance said, absolute immunity. Just so everybody knows, that's the conversation happening behind closed doors as well.
